A self-proclaimed great man invited himself to comment on the state of faith & sanity of a Fakyr he never met.

    When he arrived at the Fakyr’s home with his full regalia, limousine and driver, and every possible Islamic credential….

     …He was turned away.

     “I don’t watch television and do not know you nor care about your opinions.  If you want me to open the door, send me someone I actually love, not a stranger in robes failing to intimidate me into compliance of your fantasy that you are worthy of my time because you are rich and held in high regard.

       The Divine Favor granted you is that I just saved you thousands of dollars; celebrity is abhorrent to me.  I just so happen to have friends presently afflicted with it.”

And as the Fakyr you pissed off closes the door, he ends your conversation:

    “Those that seek celebrity willingly are not Friends of God, no matter how white their costumes.”

He continues

“Your wealth and followers are more than enough to occupy you as your city burns to the ground for how it treated the Awliya from there I know personally whose suffering & disenfranchisement never troubled you enough prior for your kindly intervention.

Please return to your fires.”
